Despite my affinity for junk food, I generally do not have much of a sweet tooth. But, I am still attracted to desserts for their visual appeal, and something about all this icky cold weather makes me want to celebrate how pretty desserts can be.
I'm very excited to announce that I'll be guest pinning for Alt covering accessories, prints and art for your walls! It has been a fun venture so far, and today I thought I'd share some wallpapers I'm really digging right now. I'm still a renter, and although I'm allowed to paint, I don't think my landlord would be too keen on having wallpaper. But it's fun to dream, right? It might be fun to buy just a few feet of wallpaper and apply it to some large plywood boards for a different kind of (nonpermanent) statement in your room. These adhesive wall patterns by Mur are completely doable for anyone who rents! Not only are they removable, but they're also customizable! So you can create any kind of pattern and color to your heart's content. There is a large wall in my dining room that is just dying for some sweet decor and this just may be the answer. And of course this Paeonia wallpaper from Anthropologie is a delightful option as well.
Be sure to head on over to the board here to keep up with all the other fun wall accessories I'm pinning!
One of my more recent discoveries is the work of Eloise Renouf. First of all, I think the name Eloise rocks, but that's besides the point. Her use of color, texture and shape combine to create some gorgeous results, don't you think?
